This notice covers the Hooker Incinerator website and game update mailing list, operated by RIDEOUT, LLC.

Information used for the mailing list

When you sign up, we use your email address to send a confirmation email and, after you confirm, occasional game development updates, release announcements, and launch news.

We use Brevo to process signups, store subscriber information, send emails, and manage unsubscribes. Brevo may also process technical information such as IP addresses, signup and confirmation times, delivery results, and email engagement. This helps operate the list, prevent abuse, and understand how emails perform.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts this website and processes requests to serve and protect it. The signup form uses Brevo to process subscriptions. Cloudflare Turnstile runs an invisible security check to help prevent automated signups. It processes signals such as your IP address, browser information, and the website you are visiting to detect bots. These services process information needed to provide their functionality.
